Through accessible community events like the Tuscaloosa Wellness Fest, we bring local wellness providers, nonprofits, practitioners, and community members together in one place. These gatherings make it easier for people to discover resources, build connections, and explore new ways to support their well-being.

Our annual Southeast Regional Trauma & Stress Summit brings professionals, caregivers, and community leaders together to deepen the way trauma and chronic stress are understood and addressed. Through interdisciplinary education and practical tools, we are helping strengthen trauma-informed care across the systems that shape our communities.

Tuscaloosa’s Guide to Well-Being makes local support easier to find by connecting people with wellness education, trusted providers, community organizations, and helpful resources. Available in print and digital formats, the Guide helps bridge the gap between needing support and knowing where to begin.

Our Youth & Family Resilience Initiative supports young people and caregivers impacted by trauma and chronic stress with practical tools for regulation, connection, communication, and healthy coping. By working alongside families and community partners, we aim to strengthen resilience now while helping create healthier patterns for generations to come.
